• Second treatment within same week – $75   (our week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday)
• Online/Phone Herb Consultation – $45  (this is for 15 min consultation, cost of herbs & postage is additional)
• Package of 5 Consult/Treatments* – $475
• Package of 10 Consult/Treatments* – $900
• Package of 20 Consult/Treatments* – $1700

Gift Certificates

Costs are as above with the added bonus of us paying for the postage (Australia only please).

Terms & conditions: When you receive your gift certificate you will notice it expires 6 months after the purchase date so please ensure you come in for your treatment within that 6 months.

Chinese Herbs

Herbs are charged separately should they be required. Average fee for a box of 200 pills is $18 (this represents 5 & ½ days of treatment) & average fee for 1 week supply of granulated herbal formulas (which have stronger potency and are tailor designed to suit the individual’s needs) is $39. These figures represent average costs only and are here to provide patients with a pretty good idea of roughly how much treatment may cost.

Treatment Package Terms & Conditions

* When investing in packages of 5, 10 or 20 Consult/Treatments, the following boundaries apply:

Each 5 & 10 package expires 6 months after purchase date, the 20 pack expires 12 months from purchase. All treatments should be completed by expiry date.

24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or change made to each appointment. If a patient does not turn up for their appointment, it will still be counted as if the treatment has taken place.

All bookings are based on a ‘first come first served’ basis although as with all our patients, every attempt to accommodate the needs of the individual will be made.

Please be aware that it is not our policy to refund package purchases but if due to serious personal hardship this is required, the remaining unused amount of the package will be refunded based on the full consultation fee not the discounted package rate. For example: a 5-pack is valued at $475 ($95 per treatment). In this case any refund of an unused portion of the 5-pack would be based on $100- per treatment. This means that you will be charged the full amount for treatments already received.

This package does not include any herbal preparations, these will be charged separately should they be required.

These packages are unavailable to new patients, standard Initial Consult/Treatment fees apply for first time visitors.

If you would like to make a private health fund claim on a package treatment you need to make the claim personally with the health fund rather than claiming via Hicaps. Health funds will only provide rebates for a treatment you have already received – meaning, you can’t claim on a treatment prior to receiving the treatment.

Private Health Fund Rebates

If your level of cover includes Acupuncture &/or Chinese Herbs, then you will be able to claim from your private health fund. Bring your membership card along with you, we have Hicaps.

Acupuncture & Chinese herbal medicine remain unaffected by the recent changes in health fund rebates.
